Grace Revealing

I am amazed by God’s outpouring of grace. I look at my life and stand in wonder that God would take an assertive, arrogant young woman and drench her with His hesed love anyway. I do not deserve His unfathomable kindness. But that’s what grace is, isn’t it?

Are you a story of His grace being revealed? I’ll bet so, and I’d love to hear about it–and so would our King.

Come, magnify The Lord with me, let us exalt His name together. Psalm 34:3

  1. Dear Jennifer,
I just wanted to say thank you. I downloaded your book on kindle, The Carpenter’s Daughter, not knowing it had a Christian author. I loved it, and then read Blue Columbine, and Reclaimed. I am not religious, but I love Jesus Christ and believe he holds a straight path for us to God. Your stories inspired and fueled me to work with Christ again. A reintroduction of sorts. Your books are beautiful and I love the way you are bringing Jesus back to our hearts. Which other contemporary Christian writers would you recommend? I need more. : ) Who are your favorites? Many blessings to you and your family.

    • Megan, I’m terribly honored to hear this. I pray that these stories I write would be used of God, and it is thrilling to hear that He answers! Other authors to try… Sally Bradley’s book Kept is outstanding. Francine Rivers’ book Redeeming Love is kind of the standard for redemptive Christian Fiction. Safely Home by Randy Alcorn is a powerfully convicting read. If you’re into non-fiction, I’d recommend Pure Gold, which is Eric Liddell’s biography, or Joni: An Unforgettable Story about Joni Earikson Tada, or Choosing To See (read with a box of tissues) by Mary Beth Chapman. Hopefully that gives you a good start! 🙂 Please know that I will be praying for you, and stop back sometime and let me know how you’re doing!
